Foyer
So much more than simply a place to gather before an event in the Auditorium, the Biloela Civic Centre foyer is a spacious area for exhibitions, dinners, small trade shows and even weddings. The foyer is serviced by the main bar and a kiosk and is central to all hire spaces.
Auditorium
Like all areas at Biloela Civic Centre, the Auditorium is a multi-functional space which can be tailored to suit the needs of events. The Auditorium can cater for 80 or up to 980 guests. With an area of 32 x 26 metres of polished hardwood flooring, anything is possible. The space can easily be reduced in size with its solid timber sliding walls locked into place in a variety of configurations. A massive stage at 13 x 9 metres means even large touring shows are easily accommodated.
Supper Room
Ideal for dinner parties for up to 80 guests, the Supper Room is however most commonly used for smaller workshops and seminars. With 12 x 15 metres of hardwood floor space and portable audio visual equipment available, the Supper Room can be set up in a configuration to suit your needs – theatre style, classroom style or ‘round the table conferencing. Your guests can relax in the garden courtyard during the breaks and there’s also easy access to the Supper Room direct from the carpark.
Courtyard
Whether by day or by night, the Courtyard sparkles with charm. This marvellous area is free to enjoy during breaks when you hire a space in the Biloela Civic Centre. But as an area to hire itself, it has loads to offer. With its own bar, large shaded areas, lush greenery and rustic furniture, the Courtyard is a very popular party space. Wedding guests can gather here for their first drinks while waiting for the newlyweds to arrive, conference delegates enjoy a chance to stretch their legs and eat lunch. The Courtyard sits within the Biloela Civic Centre’s U-shaped design with direct view and access from both the Supper Room and the Auditorium and easy access from the Foyer and carpark.
Bar Lounge
The Biloela Civic Centre Bar Lounge is also a versatile and cosy space. With a carpeted floorspace area of 9 x 10 metres, the Bar Lounge is popular for both smaller dinner parties and corporate events. Ideal for boardroom style meetings and workshops for up to 25 people, the Bar Lounge features a massive expanse of window overlooking the lush Civic Centre gardens and opens out into the Foyer area and thus grows to accommodate up to 100 for dinners and evening entertainments. The fully equipped bar itself services events in other areas of the Civic Centre and is the ideal spot to meet for pre-show and interval drinks for entertainments in the Auditorium.
